1) "Wonder of Light"
Argus/Cosina SLR with 50mm lens and extension tube for close focus. Tripod, cable release, and available light, on Walgreens store branded ASA 200 print film.

2) "Wonderful Life"
Argus/Cosina SLR with 50mm lens. Tripod, cable release, and available light, on Walgreens store branded ASA 200 print film. The town of Bedford Falls is iconic for many families at Holiday times. Here it is, recreated under our Christmas Tree.

3) "Cookies"
Argus Model 21 Markfinder, available light and hand held, about f:5.6 at 1/10 second, on Walgreens store branded ASA 200 print film. The winter Holiday Season is a great excuse to bake outrageous quantities of cookies!

Third Place
My first contest submission is a house in our subdivision, nothing special about the photo, but I liked the trees in the background and the long winter shadows.  The bright sunlight brought out the colors in the brick, and the smoke from the back of the house reveals the single digit temperatures that day.  Shot with my 1955 C-3 brick on drugstore brand 200 speed film, f16 at 1/300sec.

My second choice submission is of my daughter by the nativity scene in front of our church.  Also taken with my C-3, but I believe overexposed at f8 and 1/100sec.  I like the effect of her hair blowing in the wind.  I am a rank beginner, still learning to take photos!
