1:00 pm Set up the room, arrange tables, etc.
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm Setting up displays at Eden City Hall, discussions and exploring community.
6:00 pm Dinner


FRIDAY May 16th, 2024
Photo Contest Begins:  Shoot film or Digital
10:00 am - 3:00 pm Setting up by Friday arrivals.
11:00 am Silent Auction opens
Lunch on your own
1:00 pm Low Cost Sales Table
5:00 pm Dinner at a local restaurant


SATURDAY May 17th, 2024
9:00 am Coffee at Eden City Hall
Silent Auction Open
10:00 am Orientation, Plan for the day
11:00 am Low Cost Sales Table
Lunch on your own
1:00pm Free Stuff Table
2:00 pm Discussions and Presentations
3:30 pm Silent Auction Ends
4:00 - 5:30pm Dinner at City Hall
5:30pm Move out of City Hall
